Recipe from Sarah & TJ Mabey
Ingredients:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1 (ten ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Brown hamburger and onion together.
- Add soup, water, corn, beans and salsa.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add rice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and cheese is melted.
